A man died at the TCC in Bukovina: reaction of Lubinets.
In the Chernivtsi region, there was a case of a man's death at the local territorial center of recruitment and social support (TCC and SS). This was reported by Dmytro Lubinets, the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada for Human Rights.
In connection with this, the representative of the ombudsman appealed to the relevant services for an investigation of this event. A local resident who was wanted for evasion of mobilization was identified and invited to provide the necessary military registration information. However, during the medical commission, the man's condition sharply deteriorated, and he lost consciousness.
According to the director of the regional center of emergency medical assistance, the medical team found the man dead. Despite resuscitation efforts, he could not be saved. The body was sent for forensic examination to determine the cause of death.
The police have initiated a pre-trial investigation and classified the event as 'natural death'.
This case is one of many situations where people have died after visiting the TCC. For example, in June 2024, a man also died a few days after visiting the TCC in the Zhytomyr region.
