A unique exhibition dedicated to the Day of Defenders of Ukraine opened in Vinnytsia.
An exhibition "State. Army. Memory" opened in Vinnytsia
In Vinnytsia, the exhibition "State. Army. Memory", dedicated to the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, was opened. The organizer of the event was the Vinnytsia Museum. The exhibition was attended by city residents, scientists, military personnel, and relatives of fallen defenders of Ukraine. The exposition includes personal items of the fallen soldiers and documents of that Time.
The aim of the exhibition is to show the continuity of the state-building and military traditions of Ukraine, as well as to emphasize the connection between the past and the present. The exhibition is divided into three thematic parts: "State", "Army", and "Memory".
Also at the opening were patrons who supported the initiative to collect artifacts for the exhibition. They noted the importance of preserving historical monuments and supporting museums.
The event was attended by the relatives of the fallen soldier Vyacheslav Zalevsky. He was a re-enactor of the Army of the Ukrainian People's Republic and served in the National Guard of Ukraine. He died during a combat mission. His mother handed over personal belongings to the Vinnytsia Museum.
The exhibition will run until October 14 and is open to visitors from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00. Admission is free.
