The dismantling of the ruins in Kharkiv continues

According to ТСН: Rescue operations are ongoing in Kharkiv after yesterday's enemy strike, which resulted in the death of a three-year-old boy and his mother.

According to the head of the Kharkiv OVA, Oleg Synegubov, as a result of the attack, a three-year-old boy and a 22-year-old woman were killed. Another 27 people were injured, seven of whom are currently in hospitals. One of the injured, who was hospitalized in serious condition, underwent surgery and remains in intensive care.

No more people have been found in the destroyed entrance of the apartment building, where the bodies of the deceased were discovered overnight. However, search operations continue, as there is a likelihood that five more people may be under the rubble who were in the office building at the time of the explosion, and communication with them is currently lost.

“We need to find the remains of the people who could have been at the epicenter of the explosion, and perhaps someone may still be alive under the rubble, although the chances are very slim,” stated Oleg Synegubov.

Rescue operations lasted all night, and according to preliminary estimates, they need to continue for another two days.

We remind you that on January 2, two Russian Iskander missiles completely destroyed a commercial office building and collapsed the entrance to a residential building in Kharkiv.

According to reports, as a result of the strike, three-year-old Maksym and his mother were killed, and among the injured there is also a 6-month-old child.
