According to TSN.ua: On March 24, 2023, an enemy attack on Ivano-Frankivsk claimed two lives and left four others wounded, including a six-year-old child. The strike severely damaged the city's civilian infrastructure, notably the municipal and regional maternity hospitals, along with roughly ten residential buildings. This incident occurred during a large-scale Russian aerial assault on Ukraine, with over 400 attack drones reported in the sky that day.
Explosions were heard not only in Ivano-Frankivsk but also in Lviv, where a separate drone attack took place. Additionally, in Dnipro, a piece of debris struck the office of Mayor Borys Filatov. The widespread nature of the assault highlights the ongoing threat to urban centers across the country.
Condolences and Response
Svitlana Onyshchuk, head of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration, offered condolences to the families of the deceased, stating:

She emphasized that all the injured are receiving necessary medical care. “I urge residents of the region not to ignore air raid sirens,” the official added.
