Ukraine is ready to ceasefire for at least 30 days - Zelensky.
Air alerts in Ukraine continue around the clock
Ukraine has once again become a target of Russian missile and drone attacks, which have shelled the cities of Kharkiv, Sumy, and the capital. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky expressed condolences to those affected by these attacks. He also thanked the rescuers and everyone who defends the country from enemy attacks.
Zelensky also emphasized the importance of strengthening the defense of Ukrainian skies and cooperating with international allies. The production of air defense systems and missiles should be localized in Ukraine to ensure the safety of the country and Europe as a whole.
"Ukraine and our proposal to cease strikes, to ceasefire for at least 30 days remains in force - we do not withdraw this proposal, which can give a chance for diplomacy. But specifically from Russia, the world sees no response other than new strikes," Zelensky emphasized.
Tomorrow, the Verkhovna Rada is set to ratify the agreement on economic partnership with the United States of America. This agreement aims to strengthen economic and defense relations between the countries to ensure future stability and security.
Despite the events in the east of the country, Ukraine continues to look toward the future and develop partnerships with other countries to ensure its security and prosperity.
