Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal reported who is being sent for mobilization first.
At the Kyiv International Economic Forum, he noted that over the past two months, 98% of the summonses have been received by people who do not pay taxes and are not registered in any way as working.
"Mobilization, the summonses that we send out, - as of today, 98% of the sent summonses, which are consciously formed through the 'Oberig' registry, are sent to people who do not pay any hryvnia of taxes and are nowhere registered as working people. In fact, today the priority of mobilization is given to unemployed people who are jobless," Shmyhal stated.
Shmyhal also said that only 2% of the summonses were sent to working people.
In addition, the Prime Minister noted that now it is possible to track whether people pay taxes, regardless of whether they are registered as employees, entrepreneurs, or self-employed.
"If a person does not pay taxes, it means that they do not officially work. Registries show this, and when a summons is formed, we see that the person is unemployed, and these people are a priority for mobilization. It is a very simple principle that is clear to everyone," he explained.
The Prime Minister also stated that the state should pay salaries to the military as mobilization continues.
Let us remind you, the Ministry of Defense announced changes in the work of 'Reservist'.
