Electricity Consumption Restrictions from December 8: New Rules for All Regions.
According to ТСН: Restrictions on electricity consumption are being introduced in Ukraine across all regions due to the consequences of Russia's massive attacks on energy facilities.
Types of Restrictions
According to "Ukrenergo", these restrictions will be implemented in two main forms:
- Hourly Power Outages: From 00:00 to 23:59, 2.5-4 rounds of outages are planned in different regions.
- Power Restrictions for Industrial Consumers: During the same period, measures will be taken to reduce power consumption at enterprises.
It is worth noting that the time and volume of restrictions may change depending on the situation, so citizens and enterprises are advised to monitor current information on the pages of local power companies in their regions.
Recommendations for Consumers
Electricity users are advised to save electricity, especially during periods when power is supplied according to schedule, to ensure stable supply and avoid emergency situations.
It is reminded that earlier it was reported that if there were no light for 4-8 hours before the next outages, now electricity supply may be cut off for 12-16 hours in most regions.
These measures, although unpleasant, are necessary for stabilizing the country's energy system. In such conditions, it is important for every consumer to responsibly approach electricity usage. The energy situation remains tense, but coordinated actions by consumers can significantly help in conserving resources.
