Ukrainians will be able to take the theoretical part of the driver's exam online

The Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov announced new digital services that are to be introduced for citizens through the 'Diiа' app. One of the main directions is the digitalization of MVS service centers for drivers.

A pilot project is planned to be launched, which Fedorov described as 'quite revolutionary' - the ability to take the theoretical part of the driver's license exam online. 'Artificial intelligence is used there to monitor your behavior model, it's very interesting,' the minister said.

The main goal of these changes is to maximize the elimination of the need for personal contact between citizens and service centers. This applies not only to the process of obtaining licenses but also to the possibility of sending them by mail and other related services, such as buying and selling cars online, some of which are already implemented.

Special attention is given to services for Ukrainians abroad through the 'eConsul' project. The primary goal is to simplify the process of obtaining documents and registration, allowing this to be done 'in a few clicks', receiving documents by mail and avoiding bureaucratic procedures. 'How not to deal with the bureaucracy that still exists for Ukrainians abroad while obtaining services,' Fedorov explained.

In addition, work is underway on tools that will allow various ministries to independently launch services within the 'Diiа' app, creating some internal competition. The minister announced the launch of a 'marketplace in Diiа'. 'Multisharing' is also planned for easy document sharing and medical push notifications.

Recently, the opportunity to register a marriage online without a queue for military personnel was already launched. Mykhailo Fedorov emphasized that work on new digital services continues constantly in all areas.
