Ukrainians Warned of Disruptions in the 'Diia' App: Here’s Which Services Will Be Temporarily Unavailable.
Scheduled Maintenance Underway for the 'Diia' Application
According to TSN.ua: Planned technical work has begun on both the Diia app and its web portal, leading to temporary disruptions for several services. The popular digital platform is undergoing maintenance that will affect the 'Oberih' registry, with some features expected to be down until 9:00 AM on March 21.
Additionally, the vehicle re-registration service will be suspended from 5:00 PM on March 21 until 8:00 PM on March 23. Due to these updates, the 'Reserve+' app will also be temporarily inaccessible, as it relies on the 'Oberih' registry, which is currently experiencing limitations.
Services Affected in the 'Oberih' Registry
The following features within the 'Oberih' registry will be unavailable during this period:
- Displaying military registration documents;
- Booking employees and extending their reservation periods;
- Providing personnel data from the Register of Conscripts;
- Cancelling existing reservations.
Users are advised to take note of these changes and plan their activities around the maintenance schedule.
This planned technical work on the Diia system is part of ongoing efforts to enhance digital services for citizens.
It is important to note that such maintenance is carried out to ensure the stability and security of the services, which can ultimately improve their performance. Users should prepare for temporary inconveniences and factor these limitations into their routines.
