Russia attacked Kyiv region at night: damaged houses, no casualties

According to ТСН: As a result of yet another night attack by Russian troops on the Kyiv region, damages to residential buildings were recorded in the Vyshgorod district, but there are no casualties among the population.

The head of the Kyiv regional military administration, Mykola Kalashnyk, reported on Telegram that the enemy struck at night, taking advantage of the deteriorating weather and severe frosts. The attack resulted in damage to two private residential houses and outbuildings. Windows were blown out, facades damaged, and roofs destroyed.

Goals of the attacks and consequences

The head of the regional military administration emphasized that the goal of Russian attacks remains unchanged — to intimidate peaceful people and deprive them of light, heat, and a sense of security. He also noted that there were no casualties among civilians.

Currently, residents whose houses have been damaged are receiving the necessary assistance. Work to eliminate the consequences of the attack is being carried out in cooperation with local authorities and relevant services.

Infrastructure recovery

The Kyiv regional military administration reported that the region continues to work on restoring the destroyed infrastructure and supporting affected communities, despite the difficult security situation.

It is reminded that earlier there was information about a strike inflicted by the enemy on the capital on the night of January 12, as a result of which a building in the Solomianskyi district was damaged. The shockwave shattered windows in residential buildings and educational institutions, and damaged cars.

This attack is part of the ongoing aggression against Ukraine, which is trying to maintain the stability and security of its residents. The authorities continue to take measures to assist the affected and restore infrastructure under the constant threat posed by the occupiers. Despite the difficulties, Ukrainians demonstrate resilience and readiness to rebuild.
