Ukraine Eases Curfew Rules to Allow Travel to Emergency 'Invincibility Points'.
Curfew Regulations Amended
According to TSN.ua: In response to the state of emergency caused by Russian Federation attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, the government has revised curfew rules. Citizens are now permitted to travel on the streets to reach designated 'Invincibility Points'. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy, Denys Shmyhal, announced these changes.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed the decision to relax the curfew, enabling people to move at night to access these crucial support centers. These 'Invincibility Points' are emergency hubs providing heat, electricity, and communications during widespread blackouts.
"We are changing the rules for citizens' movement on the streets during curfew hours. People will be able to move freely in order to reach 'Invincibility Points'."

Initial meetings of the Emergency Situation Response Headquarters have already been held, signaling intensified government efforts. The government has also recommended that the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission (NKREKP) review and simplify procedures for connecting backup power equipment to the grid, aiming to facilitate access to energy carriers under difficult conditions.
State-owned companies, such as 'Ukrzaliznytsia' and NJSC 'Naftogaz', have been tasked with urgently securing purchases of imported electricity. These measures highlight the government's efforts to ensure energy stability and public safety amid external threats.
Implementation of New Measures
The introduction of new curfew rules and the activation of government work underscore the severity of the situation Ukraine faces due to attacks on its energy infrastructure. The changes allow citizens to access essential resources during the crisis, which could significantly mitigate negative consequences for the population.
The government continues to seek solutions to ensure stability in the energy sector and enhance safety levels for its citizens, including the redistribution of reserve equipment between regions.
