Odesa has lost electricity and water after the shelling: what is happening in the city.
According to ТСН: In Odesa, due to a new enemy attack, a critical infrastructure facility was damaged, and the shock wave affected the living conditions of residents.

The head of the Odesa City Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, reported on Telegram that one of the densely populated areas lost electricity, water, and heating. Specialists are already working to restore these services.
Casualties and Assistance
There are reports of injuries: one woman sustained moderate injuries and was taken to the hospital for medical assistance.

Utility services are actively working at the scene, assessing the extent of the damage in apartments and gathering information to provide further assistance to residents. The Community Resilience Points in Odesa continue to operate around the clock.
Tragedy in the City
As a reminder, in the Odesa district, an enemy strike drone hit a private car that was crossing a bridge. A woman with three children was inside the car. The mother sustained severe injuries and, unfortunately, died in the ambulance.
This tragedy once again highlights the threat faced by the region's residents. The authorities continue to work on restoring essential services and providing assistance to those affected. The situation remains challenging, but the city council is completing all necessary measures to support the residents.
