Massive fires broke out in Odesa due to massive shelling by the Russian Federation (photo).


The city of Odesa has once again become a target for Russian terrorists using drones that struck civilian and energy infrastructure. This was reported by the city mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov together with the State Emergency Service.
This attack led to damage to buildings and residential houses in the city.
Currently, rescuers and operational services are working at the scene, and information about casualties is currently unknown.
“Massive fires broke out - a hangar with agricultural machinery, repair shop buildings, a car shop, solar panels stacked in the open area, and a four-story industrial building,” reported State Emergency Service representatives.
Previous attack on Odesa
On the evening of March 7, Russian forces attacked Odesa, resulting in an industrial building and a gas station igniting due to falling debris.
Massive airstrike
According to reports, on the night of March 7, the Russian Federation carried out a massive combined airstrike on Ukraine. During this, air defense destroyed 34 enemy missiles and 100 drones, while 86 drones were unsuccessful in their attacks.
The attacks targeted the energy and gas infrastructure of various regions of Ukraine.
Attack on Odesa Oblast
On the night of March 7, Russian forces once again targeted the energy infrastructure of Odesa Oblast.
“For the fourth night in a row, the enemy has inflicted devastating strikes on the energy facilities of DTEK in Odesa Oblast. This is already the sixth attack in the last 2.5 weeks,” reported DTEK representatives. They also noted that energy workers are working around the clock to restore damaged equipment.
