Attack in Basel: man committed sexual violence against 5-year-old child in the park.

According to ТСН: A horrific incident occurred in a city park in Basel, Switzerland: a 69-year-old woman was attacked, after which sexual violence was committed against a five-year-old girl.

According to the Basel prosecutor's office, the incident happened during the day. An unknown man initially attacked the woman and then forcibly took the little girl with him. The assailant dragged the child into a public restroom in the park where the crime took place.

After committing the crime, the man fled the scene. The victims, the woman and the girl, were urgently hospitalized. The police have not yet disclosed details about their relationship in order to protect the victims.

Search for the attacker

A large operation was immediately launched to search for the criminal, but so far, they have not been able to apprehend him. Investigators published a sketch of the suspect: a young man approximately 25 years old, with a height of between 1.70 to 1.80 meters, with North African appearance.
