Frost and Ice Cover Ukraine: Meteorologists Warn of Danger.
According to ТСН: In the next three days, from January 6 to 8, we expect deteriorating weather conditions.
According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, there will be snow in the western regions, with temperatures ranging from -1 to -8°C at night and during the day. In the south and southeast of the country, it will mostly rain, with temperatures varying from -2°C to +9°C. In the rest of the territory, wet snow and rain are likely, along with the accumulation of wet snow, ice, and fog. Air temperatures will fluctuate from -7°C to +2°C.
Forecast for the coming night
At night in the north and northeast, temperatures will drop to -9 to -14°C.
Note that there will be ice on the roads, except for the southern part of the country.
Recall that at night, Russia raised its aviation but did not use it due to the weather.
Weather conditions in these days may create difficulties for transportation, especially in the western and northern regions, where ice and snow may complicate road situations. It is also worth being cautious when outdoors due to possible fog and low temperatures at night.
