Under the updated regulations, teachers' base salaries will go up by 30%. The standard teaching load will be 18 hours per week, with an average monthly load of 72 hours. By March 2026, minimum base salaries for teachers will range from 8,841 UAH to 11,755.80 UAH.

  • Per-lesson rate for teachers without a category: 122 UAH
  • For teachers with a second category: 143 UAH
  • For teachers with a first category: 153 UAH
  • For teachers with a highest category: 163 UAH

It is worth noting that the per-hour rate for a full teaching load ranges from 55 to 73 UAH. Additionally, teachers will be eligible for a 25% bonus on their base salary for working under special conditions, which could significantly boost their overall earnings.

Teacher assistants will be assigned tariff grades 10 to 12, with minimum salaries ranging from 8,841 UAH to 10,298 UAH. This also reflects a growing focus on strengthening human resources policies within the education sector.
