Attack by a schoolboy in Kyiv: correspondence with Russian special services found on the phone.
According to ТСН: An attack on a teacher and a classmate occurred in the Obolon district of Kyiv. The boy injured two people and then injured himself; all three were hospitalized.
The Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office reported:
“All three are currently in hospitals. The teacher is in serious condition.”
Details of the incident
In the morning, a 14-year-old student from one of the schools in the Obolon district of Kyiv stabbed a 39-year-old history teacher and another student. After that, he ran out of the classroom and injured himself.
After receiving medical assistance, the attacker will be detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
Upon examining his phone, correspondence with unknown individuals was found,
“likely representatives of the Russian special services, with whom the minor discussed his plans to commit a crime. The motives for the schoolboy's actions are being established.”
Investigation of the case
Under the procedural guidance of juvenile prosecutors of the Obolon district prosecutor's office in Kyiv, an investigation has been launched into the attempted murder of a teacher and another student.
The investigation is ongoing under part 2 of Article 15, part 2, clause 1 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (attempted murder of two or more people).
This incident highlights a serious problem of violence in educational institutions, causing concern among parents and teachers. It is currently important to clarify the motives behind the attacker's actions and take the necessary measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
