Russia's Attack on March 24: Key Details
According to TSN.ua: On March 24, 2023, explosions were heard in Kyiv as a result of a Russian drone attack. An air raid alert was declared in the capital starting at 12:35 PM. Beyond Kyiv, warnings were also issued in other regions of the country.
In the Vyshhorod district, the air alert went into effect at 11:02 AM. Meanwhile, in the Boryspil and Brovary districts, the warning began at 11:17 AM. Around 2:00 PM, Ukraine's Air Force reported new groups of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) detected in the following areas:
- northern Chernihiv region
- Sumy region
- eastern Sumy region
- northern Kherson region
These developments underscore the ongoing threats posed by Russia and the intensification of combat operations in the area.
The attack on March 24 is part of a broader escalation in the conflict between Ukraine and Russia, which began in 2014.
