Ukrenergo announced hourly power outages for Saturday in most regions.
According to ТСН: On Saturday, Ukraine will introduce hourly electricity outage schedules for the population, and for industry, there will be capacity restrictions. This was reported by the press service of NEC "Ukrenergo".
The situation in the energy system remains difficult, and because of this, energy workers are forced to resort to controlled consumption restrictions.
"The reason for introducing restriction measures is the consequences of Russian missile and drone attacks on energy facilities," the statement said.
Energy workers also warn about possible changes in the electricity supply situation.
"The time and volume of outages at your address can be found on the official pages of the regional energy companies in your area," said "Ukrenergo".
Additionally, Ukrainians are urged to be cautious and not to turn on powerful electrical appliances immediately after the restoration of electricity supply.
"When electricity returns as scheduled, please consume it sparingly!" the energy workers appeal to Ukrainians.
The Ministry of Energy emphasized that, despite the efforts of energy workers, it is currently impossible to cancel the outage schedules in Ukraine due to daily Russian attacks on energy facilities and reduced network capacity.
The situation with electricity supply in Ukraine remains critical. The outage schedules have almost become a part of everyday life for Ukrainians, who must be ready for changes in electricity usage. Energy workers call for sensible consumption, as saving energy can help stabilize the energy system in this difficult time.
