On December 21, hourly power outage schedules are in effect in Ukraine: details by regions.

According to ТСН: In most regions of Ukraine, hourly power outage schedules will be in effect on Sunday. This is due to the consequences of massive attacks by Russia on energy facilities.

However, no hourly power outages are planned in the Western regions of Ukraine, as reported by regional energy companies and DTEK.

In Odesa, Mykolaiv, and Kherson regions, where many consumers have been left without electricity due to shelling, outage schedules are currently not in effect.

The outage schedule in Kyiv varies: the total time without electricity ranges from 7.5 to 13 hours per day. The most burden will be felt by the population experiencing prolonged daytime outages lasting from 6.5 to 7 hours, although there are also 'lucky ones' with shorter breaks.

Kyiv residents should be prepared for outages lasting from 7 to 12 hours per day. The most challenging situation is expected for groups 2.1 and 6.2, which will have long outages of 7 hours, while other groups will have a lighter schedule.

In the Zaporizhia region, strict restrictions will be in effect: most blocks will be turned off three times a day. The total duration of outages will range from 9.5 to 14.5 hours.

Power Outage Schedule in Poltava Region

In Poltava region, the schedule is tight: electricity will only be supplied for about 8 hours a day, with the remaining 16 hours allocated for outages and switching. Power will be cut in short cycles of 2 hours with breaks of 4–5 hours.

In Kharkiv, the situation is critical: electricity will be absent for 8 to 15 hours a day, depending on the group. Prolonged outages of 7 hours will be fairly common, and group 3.2 has even two such long breaks per day.

Power Outage Schedule in Dnipropetrovsk Region

In Dnipropetrovsk region, power will be cut for 10–13.5 hours per day depending on the block. The outage time is mainly 7 hours without electricity.

In Kirovohrad region, the situation is also challenging: there will be no electricity for 12 to 14 hours a day. Outages last in large blocks of 6–8 hours.

Power Outage Schedule in Sumy Region

The schedule in Sumy region is very tight: outages last from 10 to 14 hours a day. Frequent long breaks of 4 hours leave very little time for household tasks.

Power Outage Schedule in Zhytomyr Region

In Zhytomyr region, the schedule is quite strict but stable: power will be cut for 12 hours a day. The scheme "4 through 4" operates with four-hour breaks that are combined with similar periods of electricity supply.

Power Outage Schedule in Chernihiv Region

In Chernihiv region, the schedule is somewhat lighter than in other regions: one will have to be without power for about 7–9 hours a day, depending on the block. Outages occur in two blocks of 3.5-4 hours, with intervals of electricity supply of 5-6 hours, allowing for easier day planning.

In Cherkasy as well, outages are planned for 9-10 hours a day, which will take place in 3-5 intervals. The schedule looks like this:

According to the information from JSC Vinnytsiaoblenergo, outage schedules can be found on the official website in the "Hourly Power Outage Schedule" section, where forecasts for the week are published for all blocks.

 

We remind you that due to the attack, part of Odesa is without light, water, and heating. Massive Russian attacks on the city have damaged an energy infrastructure facility.
