According to ТСН: In many regions of Ukraine, power outage schedules will be in effect on Sunday. This is a consequence of massive missile and drone attacks by Russia on the energy infrastructure.

Regional energy companies and DTEK report significant power cuts for consumers. In Odesa and Kherson regions, the hour-based outage schedules are currently not applied due to a large number of disconnected consumers.

Furthermore, on December 28, power outages in Lviv, Rivne, Prykarpattia, Zakarpattia, and Volyn are not planned.

In the capital, about 500,000 families remain without electricity after massive attacks by the Russian Federation. Energy workers are making maximum efforts to eliminate the consequences of the shelling as quickly as possible.

Emergency outages continue. DTEK states that the time for restoring power is currently unknown.

  • No power in subgroups: 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 2.2, 5.1.

  • Partially no power in subgroups: 3.1, 3.2, 4.1, 4.2, 5.2, 6.1, 6.2.

The enemy inflicted serious damage to the energy infrastructure of the region. Repairs will take time, and energy workers are working non-stop to restore electricity to homes as quickly as possible.

In the Brovary, Boryspil, and Vyshhorod districts of Kyiv region, emergency outages are currently in effect. In Kyiv region, on December 28, the outage schedule will be significantly uneven: the duration without power will range from 6 to 12 hours depending on the queue. The sixth group will have the hardest time, remaining without electricity for half a day, while the fourth queue will have significantly milder restrictions.
