The showman on the project 'Morning in the Big City' assures that he did not make any special efforts to achieve such a result. He consulted a doctor and honestly talked about his stress problems. The doctor advised him to take magnesium. Thanks to this, Slava began to feel better, and his weight started to decrease. Eventually, he lost seven kilograms.

'I lost seven kilograms, and moreover, no medications, nothing like that, just magnesium. I was 40, and I thought I should go check my male health with a urologist. The topic came up, and I said that there was a lot of stress. He prescribed me to take magnesium for three months. In the first month, I felt the effect when there was no stress. Then the doctors explained to me that when we have stress, the body gains' — the host confessed.

Additionally, when Slava started to lose weight, he also incorporated sports into his life. Now he regularly visits the gym and also does exercises at home.

'I started to lose weight. I liked it so much. I went to the gym. I also work out at home. I just do crunches. I got so into it!' — shared the host.
