Conscripts have the right to use mobile phones in the military recruitment centers, but there is a nuance.
Employees of the military recruitment centers are not allowed to take mobile phones from conscripts, but the use of communication in the premises of the centers may be restricted. This was reported by 'News. Live' citing the deputy head of the military recruitment and social support center in Kyiv, Major Larysa Kozak.
Right away, I will say that the military recruitment centers do not have the right to take away mobile communication devices
Deputy head of the military recruitment and social support center Larysa Kozak explained that the premises of the center are a restricted facility. Therefore, the employees must legally determine a place for communication for the conscript within the premises.
Larysa Kozak added that each recruitment center should have special rooms where the use of mobile communication devices is prohibited due to their radiation, even for the center's employees.
The Cabinet of Ministers will provide the opportunity for gas industry workers in Ukraine to be exempt from mobilization. This was stated by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal during the question hour to the government in the Verkhovna Rada.
We remind you that the exemption status for conscripts ends on February 28. If an enterprise loses its critical status or does not meet its criteria, the exempted employees of that enterprise will also lose their exemption.
