Attacks in Odesa

Energy workers in the region are working in an enhanced mode, trying to eliminate the consequences of the enemy attack as quickly as possible.

It should be reminded that as a result of the attack on Odesa on the night of January 12, infrastructure facilities and the private sector were affected: one house was destroyed, and four more were heavily damaged. There are reports of two injured as a result of the shelling, which left part of one of the districts without electricity supply.

Damage in Odesa

That same night, the occupiers also attacked Odesa, causing damage to infrastructure and residential buildings. Part of the Peresyp district remained without electricity, but heating and water supply in the city are functioning normally.

These attacks continue to demonstrate the vulnerability of the energy system in the region, which is extremely important during the winter conditions. Restoring electricity and other communications will require effort and time; however, local energy workers are ready to work around the clock to restore comfort to the people. The situation remains tense, but energy workers are doing everything possible to quickly restore power supply.
