Russia attacked Sumy with drones: houses damaged, one injured.

According to ТСН: At night, the enemy attacked the Sumy community using two strike drones.

Stunning consequences for infrastructure

This was stated by the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Oleg Gryhorov. According to him, one of the strikes occurred in the Kovalivka district of Sumy city. As a result of the attack, civilian infrastructure was damaged – windows were shattered in residential and non-residential buildings.

Restoration work

Representatives of the Sumy City Council have already begun to inform owners of damaged property and provide explanations regarding emergency recovery work.

In the morning, employees of communal enterprises and volunteers from public organizations will start to eliminate the consequences of the strikes. Residents of affected apartments can find shelter for the night in Primary School No. 32 and Kindergarten No. 39.

Injured and clarification of information

No fatalities have been reported so far. It is known of at least one injured person who is receiving necessary medical assistance. Currently, the clarification of all consequences of the enemy attack is ongoing.
