NATO Programs for Fighters to Conduct 70 Psychological Rehabilitation Trainings.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine plan to conduct 70 trainings on the psychological recovery of personnel participating in military actions by 2025. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The rehabilitation and psychological resilience enhancement project for servicemen began in October 2024 with NATO's support. The main focus is on training and practical preparation for providing psychological assistance to comrades in combat conditions.
The conduct of trainings is an important stage in restoring the combat effectiveness of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The NATO project aims to equip servicemen with the necessary psychological skills.
The project implementation is carried out by the public association "League of Officers", which has been providing psychological support to military personnel since 2014.
Response to Putin's Threats
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte urged allies not to pay attention to Vladimir Putin's nuclear threats. He emphasized that the Alliance can respond to any threats.
Previously, Putin announced the introduction of an updated Russian nuclear doctrine, which includes expanding the categories of states and military alliances against which nuclear deterrence is conducted. Russia also reserves the right to use nuclear weapons in the event of aggression against it and Belarus. This message was directed at Ukraine's allies, particularly the US and the UK.
However, analysts believe that Putin is merely scaring the world with nuclear threats to prevent Western countries from assisting the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
