Ukraine's Ambassador to the United Kingdom, former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhnyi published a photo together with academician and Hero of Ukraine Volodymyr Horbulin. Zaluzhnyi congratulated him on his birthday.
