The dictator of Russia, Volodymyr Putin, included 'patriotic works' of modern authors in the lists recommended for reading in Russian schools. However, the exact list of such works is unknown. For example, among them is the story 'The Beauty' by Volodymyr Kazmin, which promotes 'youth resistance to Ukrainian troops while defending Lysychansk'.
