According to TSN.ua: A significant malfunction in the Reserve+ application on January 29 has left numerous users unable to access their accounts. The widespread login failure, which occurred following a recent update, has generated a surge of complaints and support requests. This is not the first instance of technical difficulties plaguing Reserve+. In September 2025, users experienced temporary problems accessing the military registry, which also caused concern. Furthermore, scheduled maintenance on the Oberih registry in early January 2023 rendered all services and document update functions within the Reserve+ app completely unavailable.
