The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, held a meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff, where the creation of corps in the Armed Forces of Ukraine was discussed. Zelensky reported this in his address on the evening of January 28.

The President listened to the briefing of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, regarding the situation at the front in the Donetsk and Kharkiv regions, as well as the operation in the Kursk region.

“I held the Staff meeting. Among the issues - the creation of corps in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. There are specifics regarding this. We will continue to strengthen our army. We are expanding combat brigades and utilizing proper military experience. Based on the first designated brigades, other steps for the modernization of the military system, which has no alternative, will be taken,” the president noted.

Let us remind you that in his address, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, commented on the situation with the suspension of the American support program and also provided details of the meeting with diplomats. Zelensky ordered the government to highlight which programs are currently suspended. He also noted that Oleksiy Kuleba and other officials are studying which programs were still being used and how they were transmitted.
