Zelensky in the USA met with senators and congressmen: what was discussed.
President Zelensky met with a delegation of the US Congress, which included Senators Cardin, Sullivan, Murphy, and Congressman Meeks. He thanked American diplomats and politicians for their assistance and support for Ukraine. Zelensky informed the delegation about the security situation and the opportunities to strengthen cooperation between Ukraine and the USA. He also stated that decisive actions could accelerate the end of Russian aggression against Ukraine. Zelensky emphasized the importance of America's leadership in the world for ensuring peace between states. He expressed gratitude to the US Congress and all friends of freedom in the Senate and House of Representatives for their protection and support. Zelensky began his visit to the USA by visiting an army plant in Pennsylvania. He also plans to meet with the country's political leaders, including President Biden and members of Congress, to discuss support for Ukraine. Zelensky also met with the governor of Pennsylvania and representatives of that state.
