According to ТСН: A heightened level of danger has been declared in Kyiv and the region.
Such a warning about dangerous meteorological phenomena was issued by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.
Expected weather conditions
"Cloudy. Light snow at night, no precipitation during the day. Ice on the roads at night and in the morning. Wind predominantly from the southwest at 5-10 m/s. Temperature in the region at night -0 to -5°C, during the day from -3°C to +2°C," the message states.
In Kyiv, night temperatures are forecasted to be -2 to -4°C, with daytime temperatures around 0°C. Icing on the roads is also possible at night and in the morning.
"The first level of danger, yellow, has been declared. Weather conditions may lead to complicated traffic in some sections of the roads," meteorologists noted.
