NABU Exposes Bribery Scheme in Parliament: Names of Three MPs Revealed.
According to ТСН: On Saturday, NABU and SAP announced the exposure of an organized criminal group, which included current members of the Ukrainian parliament. They systematically received bribes for voting in parliament.
Suspected MPs
According to the publication ZN.UA, the names of the MPs involved in this case were established:

Yuriy Kisiel — a member of the Ukrainian Parliament of the IX convocation, head of the parliamentary committee on transport and infrastructure.

Igor Negulevsky — a member of the Ukrainian Parliament of the IX convocation, elected from a majoritarian district, a member of the transport committee.

Yevhen Pyvovarov — head of the subcommittee on centralized water supply, wastewater, heat production, and heat supply of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Energy and Housing and Communal Services.
Details of the case
Sources report that the wiretapping of Yuriy Kisiel lasted more than two years.
“All three were informed of suspicions under Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (accepting a proposal, promise, or receiving an unlawful benefit by an official)”.
Journalists also note that during the selection of a preventive measure, two more articles may be applied:

Art. 255 (creation, leadership of a criminal community or criminal organization, as well as participation in it);

Art. 369 (offering, promising, or providing an unlawful benefit to an official).
Current situation
ZN.UA reports that Yuriy Koryavchenkov, known from “Kvartal 95” as “Yuzik”, has already managed to leave Ukraine. There is also information about the interrogation of the secretary of the “Servant of the People” faction Taras Melnychuk.
As of today, NABU has confirmed that no searches are being conducted on MP Yuriy Koryavchenkov (“Yuzik”) so far.
This case draws significant public attention as it concerns possible corruption by high-ranking officials. As the investigation continues, it is not excluded that new details may emerge and other individuals may be implicated in this criminal activity. The case underscores the importance of fighting corruption in Ukraine and the growing interest in the enforcement of legislation by representatives of power.
