Fighters of the 65th Separate Mechanized Brigade detained an enemy who, after a failed attack, wandered in shelters for a month and a half. The occupier from Russia named Anatoliy hid from drones and looked for food wherever he could. This is reported by «United News».

Later, the wild enemy detonated a grenade, receiving several injuries and reaching UAF positions. He was surprised not to see Ukrainian soldiers in the uniforms of German fascists from World War II. He is convinced that a liberation war is currently ongoing in Ukraine.

The Russian told the fighters of the 65th brigade that he came to the war to liberate Zaporizhzhia from fascists. However, he does not consider himself an occupier, claiming that his country is fighting for freedom.

A similar action was carried out by the soldiers of the 25th Separate Airborne Sicheslav Brigade, using a drone, to rescue a defender captured by the Russians.
