Generation Z is mass leaving corporations: who billionaires are looking for.
According to inkorr.com: Representatives of Generation Z are increasingly refusing traditional corporate careers, opting for jobs with billionaires. According to Business Insider, young people are leaving companies en masse to become assistants, nannies, or service specialists in the households of wealthy individuals.
Tendency towards personal service
The intention to get a job in a corporation is being replaced by a preference for working with celebrities who need quality personal services. This is linked to the growth of the market for specialized personnel services, as the number of billionaires in the world is rapidly increasing – according to Forbes, there are already more than three thousand.
Growth of luxury objects
In addition, the demand for luxury items such as yachts, mansions, and private jets is rising, which require professional servicing. There are already about a thousand recruitment agencies worldwide specializing in hiring staff for wealthy individuals, indicating the expansion of this segment.
Thus, young professionals are increasingly choosing unconventional paths for career growth, abandoning traditional corporate positions in favor of working with affluent individuals and servicing luxury objects.
This trend indicates a shift in values in the labor market, where more and more young people are seeking opportunities to realize their talents outside the typical corporate structures. As a result, there may also be a change in the approach to personnel management, as providing high-quality service is becoming increasingly relevant for wealthy individuals.
