Scheduled Power Outages Take Effect Across Ukraine on April 3: Regional Breakdown.
Hourly Electricity Cuts Introduced in Ukraine
According to TSN.ua: Starting April 3, all regions of Ukraine will implement hourly power outage schedules. This measure comes in response to extensive damage inflicted on energy infrastructure by recent Russian missile and drone strikes, which have severely disrupted electricity supply. The rotating blackouts are a necessary step to stabilize the national power grid.
Regional Power Outage Schedules
In Kyiv, the following consumer groups will face interruptions:
- Groups 7, 9, 19, 21, 31, 33, 43, 45, 55, and 57: from 07:00 to 11:00
For the Mykolaiv region, the schedule is as follows:
- Queue 1.2: from 06:30 to 09:00
- Queues 3.1 and 3.2: from 09:00 to 11:30
- Queue 5.1: from 06:30 to 09:00
In the Zaporizhzhia region, different queues are affected:
- 1.1: from 09:00 to 11:30
- 2.1: from 06:30 to 09:30
- 3.2: from 09:00 to 11:30
- 6.2: from 06:30 to 09:30
In the Kharkiv region, power cuts will follow this pattern:
- 1.1 and 1.2: from 10:00 to 11:00
- 6.1 and 6.2: from 08:00 to 10:00
For the Kirovohrad region, the following queues are scheduled:
- 2.1 and 2.2: from 08:00 to 10:00
- 4.1 and 4.2: from 07:00 to 08:00
- 5.1 and 6.2: from 10:00 to 11:00
In the Cherkasy region, the schedule includes:
- 1.1 and 1.2: from 07:00 to 09:00
- 2.1 and 2.2: from 09:00 to 11:00
For the Zhytomyr region, outages are planned as follows:
- Queue 2.1: from 07:00 to 09:00
- Queue 3.1: from 09:00 to 11:00
- Queue 4.1: from 07:00 to 09:00
- Queue 5.1: from 09:00 to 11:00
In the Vinnytsia region, the planned outages are:
- Queue 1.1: from 07:00 to 08:00
- Queues 3.1 and 3.2: from 08:00 to 10:00
- Queues 5.1 and 5.2: from 10:00 to 11:00
