Russian Shelling of Kharkiv: Part of the City Left Without Hot Water

According to ТСН: In Kharkiv, as a result of rocket attacks on energy infrastructure, the capacity of one of the heating supply facilities has significantly decreased.

According to the Kharkiv Thermal Networks Company, work is currently underway to assess the damage to equipment and to determine the next steps for its restoration. As a result, hot water supply has temporarily been suspended for residents in parts of the Hholodnoyirs'kyi, Novobavars'kyi, Shevchenkivs'kyi, and Kyivskyi districts.

Emergency Measures

In those areas where possible, specialists are switching to autonomous heating sources. The temperature regime of the heating medium for residents of the specified districts has also been reduced.

The company emphasizes that these measures are necessary to ensure water circulation in the system and to prevent the freezing of networks. After assessing the scale of damage, emergency teams will begin restoration work.

It should be noted that earlier we reported that on February 24, Russia carried out a series of targeted strikes on the CHP in the outskirts of Kharkiv. As a result of the attack, one person died, and many were injured.

The situation with heating in Kharkiv remains tense. Local residents are trying to adapt to the current conditions while specialists work on restoring the system. It is important for the emergency teams to eliminate the consequences of the shelling as quickly as possible and restore normal hot water supply to the city.
