According to TSN.ua: On March 28, 2023, the Voskresenska community in the Mykolaiv region came under attack by Shahed-type drones. According to Vitaliy Kim, head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, eight people were injured in the strike, seven of whom were children. The victims were rushed to medical facilities for urgent care.
That same night, Russian forces launched drone strikes on the city of Odesa. The attacks raised the total number of casualties to 16, including two fatalities. Among the injured, 14 individuals are receiving medical treatment, with two in critical condition.
