New 'Reserve+' App Feature Allows Parents of Three or More Children to Apply for Deferral Online.
Expanded Functionality in the 'Reserve+' App
According to TSN.ua: The 'Reserve+' application now offers new online deferral options for parents with three or more children under the age of 18. This update is designed to support larger families by allowing them to apply remotely, provided their information in state registries is accurate. This initiative is part of broader social support measures in Ukraine.
Eligible parents can submit a deferral request directly through the app. A key requirement is that the applicant must not have outstanding alimony debts, or any existing debt must not exceed payments for a three-month period. The application process is streamlined and typically takes anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours to complete, significantly simplifying access to this social service.
Available Online Deferral Categories
The 'Reserve+' app currently lists 11 distinct types of online deferrals. Primary eligibility conditions include family status, absence of debt, and data accuracy. Among the available categories are:
- Individuals with disabilities
- Parents of children with disabilities
- Individuals caring for parents with disabilities
- Students
- Single parents
These changes concerning mobilization, pension payments, and pricing came into effect on March 1, making them immediately relevant for numerous Ukrainian families.
Consequently, the new features in the 'Reserve+' app provide enhanced support mechanisms for large families and simplify the deferral application procedure, which strengthens their social safety net. The introduction of these online deferrals reflects the Ukrainian government's ongoing efforts to assist vulnerable population groups, particularly those raising multiple children during challenging economic times, aiming to facilitate access to essential services.
