Russians damaged energy facility near Chernihiv: part of the city without electricity.
According to ТСН: Russian forces struck the energy infrastructure in the Chernihiv region, causing severe damage and partial power outages in the regional center.
Chernihivoblenergo reports that specialists are ready to begin repairs, but these works will only be possible after obtaining permission from the military and stabilizing the security situation.
“Part of the city of Chernihiv is without power. We ask you to remain calm and follow safety measures.”
Attacks on energy infrastructure
We remind you that on the morning of December 23, the army of the Russian Federation again attacked the energy infrastructure of Ukraine.
Also, on December 24, residents of Slavutych will temporarily be without electricity, as power supply will be interrupted throughout the city from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
These events indicate the continuation of attacks on Ukraine's energy sector amid the war, affecting not only cities but also villages. It is important for local residents to stay safe and be prepared for possible power outages.
