Prosecutor of Kharkiv files a statement: OnlyFans scandal is under investigation.
According to ТСН: The Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office commented on the situation in which allegedly one of their employees, prosecutor Luiza Karapetyan, was 'moonlighting' with intimate content on the OnlyFans platform.
According to the prosecutor's office press service, this topic is actively discussed on social media.
It is noted that a service investigation has already been initiated to thoroughly verify all the circumstances of the case.
Karapetyan filed a statement with the police, alleging that her ex-boyfriend was distributing these materials in an attempt to take revenge on her.
According to the prosecutor's office, law enforcement has opened a criminal case in accordance with part 1 of article 182 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which regulates violations of the inviolability of private life.
'In the situation that has arisen, it is necessary to establish the truth and evaluate the actions of all parties according to the law, rather than resort to manipulations and humiliations of a person on social media'
It should be noted that the OnlyFans company has been recognized as the most profitable in the world in terms of revenue per employee.
This situation has caused a wide public resonance, raising questions about ethics and the safety of personal information. The investigation aims to clarify all circumstances and ensure legal justice for all participants in the conflict.
