According to TSN.ua: A man fell through the ice on the Dnipro River in Kyiv's Obolonskyi district while skysurfing. The incident occurred on January 25 near 'Natalka' park. During his recreational activity, the man lost his balance, broke through the ice, and fell into the frigid water.
The victim was found in a break in the ice approximately 100 meters from the shore. Emergency services were called to the scene and used specialized rescue equipment to save the man. After he was successfully pulled from the water, he was handed over to an emergency medical team for evaluation and care.
