You Won't Hold Out for Long: UAF Complain About Poor Fortifications Near Hirnyk.
Ukrainian military personnel express their dissatisfaction with the poor quality of defensive fortifications and fortification structures near the settlement of Hirnyk in Donetsk region. This information is reported by the analytical project DeepState, citing statements from UAF fighters and satellite images.
The military states that some of the fortification structures do not meet safety standards, making them ineffective against enemy offensives. Deficiencies in engineering support can pose a threat both to the safety of the military and the success of defensive operations.
«Specifically, attention can be drawn to the barbed wire «egoza» in the anti-tank ditch, which is most likely meant to combat infantry, who very often run in them as if at home. Analyzing satellite images, one can see attempts to build IFZs, even platoon strongpoints are present. But their quality leaves much to be desired and you won't hold out on such positions for long», write DeepState analysts.
