According to Novyny.live: In Kharkiv, people facing difficult life circumstances can get free seasonal clothing and other essential items at the 'Help Your Neighbor' center, which operates out of the Osnovyanskyi district territorial center. Since the start of 2026, more than one hundred individuals have already received assistance there, including seasonal apparel, footwear, kitchenware, and various household goods.

The 'Help Your Neighbor' center is located at 13 Bohdana Khmelnytskoho Street. It is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM. There is a daily break from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM. For more information, people can call the following numbers:

Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov emphasized the importance of a large-scale state program designed to support internally displaced persons.
