A snowstorm is sweeping across Ukraine: meteorologists' warning.

According to ТСН: Today, cloudy weather will prevail in Ukraine. Snowfalls and strong winds are expected throughout the day.

According to the information from the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, wind gusts of 15-20 m/s are possible during the day in Ukraine, except for Zakarpattia, which may lead to blizzards.

Icy conditions will be observed on the roads. In the Carpathians and Precarpathia, temperatures may drop to -13 degrees, while daytime maximums across the country will fluctuate from 0 to -5 degrees.

It will also be cloudy in the capital. Small snow is expected during the day, and icy conditions will remain on the roads. The air temperature will be from 0 to -2°C.

The wind in the capital region will be northwestern, with a speed of 7-12 m/s, and gusts can reach 15-20 m/s, which may also lead to blizzards. The temperature in Kyiv region during the day will vary from 0 to -5°C.
