India will reduce its purchases of Russian oil by 20%. The reason is the increase in tariffs on Indian goods by the United States. This is reported by FREEДОМ referencing Bloomberg.
According to FREEДOM: US tariffs will come into effect tomorrow. According to analysts, oil supplies to India from Russia have been declining for at least four consecutive months. If in March Indian refiners were purchasing over 2 million barrels a day, in July it was just over half of that amount.
