The weather in Ukraine is about to change: when the first winter cold snap will arrive.
According to ТСН: On Friday, December 19, dry weather is forecasted in Ukraine, no precipitation is expected, but fogs are possible.
This information was provided by forecaster Natalia Didenko.
She noted that during the day the temperature will rise from 2 degrees of frost to 3 degrees of warmth, while in the south and west of the country, the temperature will fluctuate from +3 to +8 degrees.
When to expect the cold snap
Didenko also warned that from December 25-26, a cold snap is expected in most regions of Ukraine.
"Not to severe frosts, but down to -7-12 at night is likely. It’s still a bit early for this forecast, adjustments will definitely be made…"
Earlier, forecaster Natalia Ptukh also reported the likelihood of a cold snap in Ukraine and the possibility of snow on Christmas.
Thus, although calm and warm weather is forecasted for the coming days, from next week Ukrainians should prepare for significant cold. This may affect the daily lives of citizens, particularly their Christmas celebration plans. Therefore, it is important to keep an eye on daily forecasts, as the situation may change.
