Lubinets announced progress in combating 'busification'.
The Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, reported that violence is almost not used during the mobilization of citizens by the TCK employees. He noted that his Office responds attentively to citizens' complaints about illegal actions of the TCK and, in some cases, punishes the employees. During this time, the Office has received more than four thousand appeals regarding possible violations during mobilization.
However, according to Lubinets, the situation with the illegal use of violence has worsened compared to last year, although overall violence is fading into the past. He also noted that some cases of violations of citizens' rights still exist. Earlier, the representative of the ombudsman, Mykyta Kozyrenko, reported that problems during mobilization in Kyiv and the Kyiv region have been practically resolved, however, Lubinets denied this information.
It is also worth noting that the Pechersk District Court fined a man for hooliganism during a document check by TCK employees. This incident occurred in Kyiv, when the man used obscene language towards the police and the TCK employees.
