Lukashenko speaks about the division of Ukraine: what scenarios he predicts.
Self-proclaimed President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko stated that the war between Russia and Ukraine will never happen again if both sides engage in peaceful negotiations and make mutual concessions. He believes that Russia will not lose, but Putin might agree to a partial ceasefire. Lukashenko also expressed predictions regarding possible future borders and the division of Ukraine.
In his interview with Time, Lukashenko emphasized the necessity of direct peace negotiations between Kyiv and Moscow, during which each side should make concessions. He is confident that this is the only way to prevent the conflict from recurring.
