According to a report by NBC News, if Trump's plans for mass deportations are implemented, at least 4 million families will be separated from their primary members in the USA.
Mass deportations as a key element of the election campaign
The program of mass deportations was one of the important points in Trump's agenda during the election rallies. Already during his first term, he declared a state of emergency to allocate funds for building a wall on the border with Mexico.
Donald Trump supports the idea of declaring a state of emergency and using military resources to carry out the mass deportation program.
Former Foreign Minister and former Ambassador of Ukraine to the USA Konstantin Grishchenko, in an interview with 'Glavkom', stated that Trump will not expel 20 million migrants from the country as he previously claimed. However, deportations will definitely happen.
